What a tart!

Here are some fruit tart rings I made a while ago. They remind me of the desserts we used to get when I would vist my family in southern France. We would pick up a fresh and beautiful fruit tart from the bakery on a Sunday morning (the bakery being the only think open on a Sunday morning in France) and I'd spend the entire meal looking forward to it!
