Shout Out for Wall Candy!

This is a shout out to a wonderful, independant artist known as WallCandy. She makes original pieces of art and sells them, as well as prints. This particular piece is available at her Etsy shop and is one of my favourites. She is based in Canada and also has a website called Her life is an inspiration to me, and I wish her all the best!

New Pendants

I've been making a range of simpler but affordable pendants and here are a couple of them, currently available in my Artfire shop.

The strawberry one is making me pine for summer especially badly! All my real-life strawberry plants are looking green and happy, and will hopefully start to blossom in a few weeks. Then I shall be able to savour the delights of real strawberries, as well as fimo ones. Until then, fimo ones will have to do!

Going, going, gone!

I sold my beef dinner set on Etsy! This was one of my favourites so I'm a little sad to see it go. But I'm very glad it now has a new home, one that is surely better than the box it currently resides in on my shelves. What a pity it is to make miniatures that never see the light of day. Well no longer! This does mean I'm probably going to have to embark on another pea-making mission, which I both love and loathe. Ah well, no rest for the wicked...

Out of scale but still delicious!

These little oreo cookie accessories are nowhere near as small as my usual work, but I love the detail and realism of them. And their chunkiness just adds to their cuteness. They're available in my Etsy and Artfire shops right now. For some reason now I'm craving milk...

I've recently put a few items up on Artfire, just to see how it goes. There's a feed on the righthand side of the page so you can see what's new. I will hopefully be listing more very soon!

I'll be running my first workshop this month. It's being held at Jam Jar Beads on Leopold Street, Sheffield, and we'll be making cake slice charms. I've no idea if there are any places left or not, but if you'd like more information check out There's loads of other interesting workshops on and a huge choice of beads and findings for sale too (as well as some of my finished pieces).

Hopefully if all goes well I'll do a few more workshops in the future.
