Cute pink treasury

Blue Kitty Miniatures (of made a treasury featuring pink items from members of the Miniatures In Dollhouse Scale (TeamMIDS) on Etsy. She included one of my little cakes!

Here's a link to the treasury so you give it some love.

Let them eat cake.

I finally listed my cake display on Etsy. It has 9 cakes and tarts in all, and is one of my largest sets to date. I had a lot of trouble pricing this one, as I always feel like I'm asking for a lot of money. But if you do the maths, this set is actually a bargain! If I were to sell each cake individually, I'd want much more, and a shelving display unit is included.

Somedays I feel like I definitely need to charge more, and some days I feel like I'm asking far too much. And this is based on the same items! The only thing that has changed is my outlook on life that day.

But never mind...everything is better with cake!

More Easter Yumminess!

Is yumminess a word? It should be! That is how I describe my latest Easter-themed listing on Etsy. I'm not into religion, but anything that gives me an excuse to eat chocolate is fine by me! I think this is the last Easter-themed listing I shall do, but it's definitely my favoutite! Om nom nom!

Making Salami Sandwiches

I am what I call a semi-vegetarian; meaning I hardly eat any meat at all. I do enjoy a steak or sausages, but it's not something I crave, and I could probably happily live without it. Certainly if I had to choose between ice-cream and meat, ice-cream would win hands-down!

But the one reason I will never be a true vegetarian is my love of parma ham and salami! It's sooooo good. In honour of that wonderful stuff, I've made a salami sandwich board. Om nom nom!

It measures just about an inch and 1/8 in diameter and is glued in place. I wish it were my lunch (except the tomatoes, I HATE those!)

Cake Shop

I'm making a Cake Shop Set. I get quite excited by larger sets of things! I don't do them too often as I'm just too impatient. I'll upload pics as soon as some are ready. I've finished about 4 thus far! Excited!!!

In the meantime, this set of candy was featured on which made me very happy! I've already sold this item, but just made some more yesterday, so will hopefully be posting soon.

Obsessed with Jello

I am currently obsessed with jello, or jelly as it is known in the UK. I enjoy both eating it, and making miniature versions of it. Perhaps it is because it is just so pretty to look at! And it brings out my inner child. I don't understand why it's considered a kid's food. It's wonderful!

A few of the jellies I have recently made, which can be found in my Etsy shop. Om nom nom!
