Food Preparation Boards

I listed my first food preparation boards last week, one for making ham sandwiches, and one for making eggs. I love it when all the little components come together! Finally! The ham one is glued in place, but I left everything loose on the egg one, so you can rearrange it as you wish. Which do people think is better? If it's loose it's more fun, but if it's stuck down, it's generally more intricate.
